I recently started working at our local mall. Thank goodness too, because my job allows me to obsess over it and not over the fact that I recently had a break up in my relationship or the fact that the man I still love is hundreds of miles away now back at his home in Texas…
Back to the point of the blog….where I work is located almost smack dab in the middle of the mall. I’m able to see so many different kinds of people. And now, thankfully to a new sporting goods store (which just so happens to carry a decent amount of hunting/outdoors products) I’m able to see a HUGE variety of people.
I’ve always been one to love people watching. When in a restaurant, I tend to always choose the seat at the table that gives me the best view of the rest of the restaurant. I don’t know what it is to be specific about people watching that I love, but by golly I can watch you all for hours on end.
Do you have anything that you tend to do while out in public or at work (which is technically public….don’t mind me…)? You just heard a tid bit of what I like to do, I’d be interested to hear about your job or what little quirks you have in public.

I do remember I said I’d put a quote, scripture, or lyric at the end of every blog, this one is a lyric I heard last night while at a Chonda Pierce concert.
Love is a shelter in a raging storm
Love is peace in the middle of a war
And if we try to leave, may God send angels to guard the door
No, love is not a fight but it’s something worth fighting for
To some, love is a word
That they can fall into
But when they’re falling out
Keeping that word is hard to do
I will fight for you
Would you fight for me?
It’s worth fighting for
